Apps

Have an app idea?
Let’s get you live. Fast.

From Ideation to App Creation

Soluxain does mobile app design and development, from an idea with nothing attached to a published listing on Google Play and the App Store. Learn to do it yourself, or we do it with you every step of the way. Name, logo, and brand. Prototype, design, and build. Store listing, testing, and launch. AI in the loop at every stage, which is what keeps it fast and affordable — and thirty years of enterprise UX behind every screen, which is what keeps it good.

Google requires 12 testers and a 14-day window. Everything either side of that, we have already solved once.

We build it

You bring the idea. We handle naming, brand, design, build, store setup, testing, and launch.

  • 30 yrsof enterprise design, so it holds up after launch

The whole build is written down. Follow it with your hands on the keyboard and come out with your own app in a store.

Where AI sits in an app build

Every stage, and never on its own. A new app from nothing, or a rebuild of one already in a store.

Idea and brand

Naming exploration, logo directions, and colour and type systems generated in volume and then cut down by hand. You see twenty options and keep one, instead of waiting a week for three.

Fast divergence, human selection.

Design and prototype

Screen generation and layout exploration in Figma, Figma AI, or LLM tooling — whichever fits the project. Then an interactive prototype real people test before anyone writes production code.

Tested by users, not by a model.

App development and launch

AI-assisted React Native and web development, store-listing copy, and the console paperwork. The parts that break — background audio, billing, store review — get solved by somebody who has already broken them once.

Documented in the book, prompt by prompt.

What stays human. Deciding what the app should be, watching real people use it, and judging whether it worked. No model has ever sat in a usability session.

Common questions

How long does it take to get an app published?
Google requires twelve testers and a fourteen-day closed testing window before you can apply for production. Nobody gets under that. Design and build sit either side of it, and that is the part we compress — most apps of Simply Rest’s scope run two to four months end to end.
What does app development cost?
It depends almost entirely on whether the app needs a server. A self-contained app like Simply Rest is a fraction of something with accounts, syncing, and a backend. We scope it before quoting and the number does not move afterward.
Do I own the app?
All of it. Source code, design files, brand assets, store account, listing. Published under your name or your company’s. No retainer required to keep it running.
Can you do both iOS and Android?
Yes. We build cross-platform so one codebase serves both. The two stores have different review processes and different paperwork, and we handle each.
I have no technical background. Is that a problem?
No. Most people we talk to have an idea and no idea what happens next. That is the normal starting point, and it is the entire premise of the book.

Simply Rest

A sleep sound app built against a specific irritation: the market is full of apps that charge monthly, demand an account, and cut out overnight. This one asks for a single payment and then gets out of the way.

The constraint. One designer, no prior mobile or Play Console experience, and a user who should never have to learn an interface to fall asleep. Every decision was measured against whether someone could operate it half awake in a dark room.

What we did. Competitive pricing analysis against subscription incumbents. A web prototype held as the design source of truth. Twenty sounds recorded or sourced, loop-processed, and loudness-normalized by hand. A React Native build, device-tested through overnight sessions — which is how we found that Android suspends JavaScript on a locked screen, so shutoff timers never fire. The playback engine was rebuilt on a foreground service.

Why it is here. A studio that has only ever designed for other people has never had to carry a product through store review, payment plumbing, refund handling, or a bug that only shows up at three in the morning. This one has. The full case study lists every artifact produced, stage by stage.
