Chaparral Land Company
California’s largest residential land brokerage, operating since 1976, with more than four and a half billion dollars in closed transactions and an archive going back more than fifteen years.
The problem. Their credibility is the transaction history. Hundreds of deals, each with a location, lot count, buyer, seller, and close date. Dumped on a page that is an unreadable wall. Hidden behind a search box nobody uses, it may as well not exist.
What we built. Recent transactions surfaced as cards with photography up front, the full archive collapsed behind a year selector running from 2010 to today, and the firm’s service offering structured so a landowner and an institutional buyer each find their own path in. Testimonials from the CEOs of Lennar, KB Home, City Ventures, and Landsea sit where a first-time visitor will actually read them.
